My newest creative venture has been interior design! My husband and I bought a house in January, and since I have been slowly working on projects to make the house our own. Through this process, I have been finding that I immensely enjoy creating and curating different rooms for different moods and purposes. I have been researching and learning more about the principles of design and the psychology of why they work which has given me more tools to use in my own home.
I have found that my passion for creativity and my desire for making a positive impact wherever I go have direct applications for this area of work, and I hope to use these skills in my work life as well as my personal life!

My goal with these mood boards, to is to create unique rooms and areas that are still cohesive across the house as a whole. Overall, I would describe my style as a mix between French modern and cottage cozy.
Each room has a different purpose; therefore, each room has a different feel or aesthetic that I would like to achieve.
The living room: Open, comfortable, and inviting.
The bedroom: Cozy, relaxing, and warm.
The kitchen: Clean, natural, and fresh.
